“Baked” French Toast.
Ingredients:
1 French baguette
1 ½ tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. cannabutter  (see our recipe for cannabutter under recipes)
4 eggs
1 cup milk
¼ cup sugar
3 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½  tsp. salt
powdered sugar
Directions:
Lightly butter a 13 by 9-inch (32.5 by 23-cm) baking dish.  Cut the baguette crosswise at an angle into 8 slices. Each should be about ¾ inch (2 cm) thick.  Using a small bowl, cream the  pair of butters together until thoroughly combined.  Now spread the butter onto a single side of each of your 8 slices and then arrange them butter side up in your prepared baking dish.
Next, whisk together the eggs, sugar, milk, syrup, vanilla, and salt. Pour the mixture over the bread and press the slices down into it before covering the dish and allowing it to refrigerate for 8 hours.
When ready to cook, preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Once heated, place the uncovered baking dish in the oven and bake for 45 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. Dust them with powdered sugar and serve.

CANNABUTTER (MARIJUANA BUTTER)
-Can be used to replace normal butter in your recipes!-
2 sticks unsalted butter
1 ounce low- to medium-quality leaf marijuana
3 cups water
Learning to make cannabutter will make you very popular amongst your friends, haha. This post is by no means the only way to make it either. Just follow these easy steps and you’ll become the chef of the greenery in no time.
Bring water and butter to boil in a small pot.
Place marijuana leaves in a separate sauce pan and cover with the butter/water mixture.
Boil gently for about 1 hour. Mash and stir frequently to make sure all THC is extracted from the leaves into the butter.
Strain butter from leaves using a cheese cloth.
Boil a cup of water and use it to rinse out every last drop of butter from the leaves. Be sure to squeeze the leaves well to get all the butter out.
Put liquid in the refrigerator to cool.
When the butter has solidified (usually after 45 minutes to 1 hour), pour off water.
Keep butter refrigerated until needed.
Stay Stoned my pot follow’n budz.
… See what I did there? ;)

MARIJUANA TRUFFLES. ;)
Ingredients:
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 tablespoons marijuana butter (Will make a how-to, but use this link for now)
¼ cup fine granulated sugar
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 cup finely chopped blanched almonds
1/3 cup liqueur (any flavor will do)
Cocoa powder for dusting
Melt chocolate chips in double boiler, then slowly add butter.
Add sugar and cook, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved.
Take two tablespoons of the mixture and add to the egg yolks in a separate bowl to warm them; remove the double boiler from heat.
Allow the chocolate mixture in the double boiler to cool slightly, then add to the yolks and stir until well mixed.
Add almonds and mix well, then stir in the liqueur.
Allow chocolate-egg mixture to cool, and then refrigerate.
After it has hardened, scoop enough of the mixture to make 1½ to 2-inch balls, rolling the scoops in your hand to form the balls.
Roll the balls in cocoa powder until well-dusted.
Nom nom  fellow stoners. ;)
